Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
Last updated: June 5, 2026
This page explains how California residents (and others) can opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of their personal information under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA). For full details on what we collect and why, please see our Privacy Policy.
Under the CCPA/CPRA, certain data practices — such as sharing information with advertising and analytics partners via cookies, or sharing lead information with third parties — may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. You have the right to opt out.
How to opt out
1. Manage cookie and tracking preferences
Use our cookie consent tool to reject analytics and marketing cookies. Click “Manage Preferences” (or “Reject All”) in the cookie banner, or reopen it from the cookie/privacy icon on any page, and turn off the Analytics and Marketing categories.
2. Global Privacy Control (GPC)
We honor the Global Privacy Control browser signal. If your browser or extension sends a GPC signal, we treat it as a valid request to opt out of the sale/sharing of personal information for that browser.
3. Email request
You may also submit an opt-out (or any other CCPA/CPRA request, such as access or deletion) by emailing support@thrivexdna.com with the subject line “Do Not Sell or Share.” Please tell us enough to verify your request; we will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
Your other California privacy rights
In addition to opting out, you may have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion, to correct inaccurate information, and to limit the use of sensitive personal information. See the Privacy Policy for the full description of these rights and how to exercise them.
