Filing a copyright infringement notice
If you believe that material available on our website infringes your copyright, you (or your agent) may send us a written notice that includes the following, as required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3):
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, with enough detail (such as a URL) for us to locate it.
- Your contact information, including your name, address, telephone number, and email address.

- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.

Counter-notification
If you believe material you posted was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification containing: your signature; identification of the removed material and its prior location; a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification; and your name, address, and telephone number, along with consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate U.S. federal court.
Repeat infringers
ThriveXDNA may, in appropriate circumstances and at its discretion, disable or terminate access for users or partners who are found to be repeat infringers.
