The core workflow stays the same as standard Loom: hit record, capture your screen or camera, and share a link. Where the AI layer kicks in is everything that happens after you stop recording. Loom AI automatically generates a title for the video based on what was said, writes a text summary viewers can scan instead of watching the full clip, and pulls out action items so next steps are obvious without rewatching. Filler word removal edits out verbal pauses like “um” and “uh” from the final video, tightening delivery without requiring a reshoot. Full transcription runs on every recording, making videos searchable by keyword and accessible to viewers who prefer reading over watching.

All of these features run automatically once recording ends. There is no separate editing step or manual trigger required. The generated summary and action items appear alongside the video on its share page, so recipients get the context before they even press play.
