Progressive Alarm Clock wakes users gradually with Tibetan singing bowl sounds that start soft and slow and grow louder and more frequent. Once an alarm is set, the app can stay in the background while other apps are in use.
Five pre defined patterns vary bell schedules and escalation length, six bells of different sizes and metals are available, and journal notes can be entered on waking, reviewed later, exported by email, and protected by a password. Gentle waking is a preference, not a health benefit claim.
