iScanner is a document scanner for iPhone and iPad that uses AI to clean up photographed pages. It is described as finding page borders, straightening skewed sheets, correcting colors and removing shadows, fingerprints and noise, then exporting the result in common document, image and text formats.
After scanning, signatures can be drawn by hand or taken from a photo, forms can be filled in, pages annotated, sensitive text redacted, files merged or split, a fax sent and documents sorted into folders by dragging. Text recognition converts printed words into editable content across more than 20 languages, and an AI chat feature is described as able to summarize, translate and rewrite documents.
