All Sales Are Final

All purchases from ThriveXDNA are final. We do not offer refunds. Every product we sell is either delivered digitally or made to order specifically for you, so purchases cannot be refunded or returned. You are shown this policy before you pay, and by completing a purchase you acknowledge and agree that the sale is final.

Digital products & subscriptions

Digital products, downloads, and memberships deliver value immediately and are non-refundable once purchased. You may cancel a subscription at any time from your account to stop future renewals; amounts already charged are non-refundable. Subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play are governed by Apple’s and Google’s own refund policies and must be requested through those platforms.

Custom-made & made-to-order items

Custom-made and made-to-order items, including custom apparel and clothing, are produced specifically for you after you order. For that reason they are non-refundable and non-returnable, and we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or fit. Please review your size, options, and details carefully before ordering.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

We stand behind the quality of our work. If a physical item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@thrivexdna.com with your order number and photos. Where a claim is verified, we will replace or correct the item at no additional charge. This does not constitute a cash refund.

This no-refund policy is disclosed to you at checkout, above the payment button. By completing your purchase, you confirm that you have read and agree that all sales are final and non-refundable, except for the limited damaged/defective/incorrect-item remedy above.
